Lee's Coffee Recipe Instructions

COLD DRINKS

Vietnamese Iced Latte (Ca Phe Sua Da)

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*5-6 oz or 1/3 of bottle)
3 parts mixed ice (*13 oz of 30% shaved ice, 70% cubed ice) or crushed ice from home refrigerator (*13 oz)
*Makes 16 oz of drink

Directions
  • Mix shaved and cubed ice (can substitute with crushed ice from the refrigerator) and place into serving cup.
  • For best results, top off cup with additional shaved ice.
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate into serving cup and enjoy!

Iced Latte

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*2 oz)
3 parts low fat milk (*6 oz)
4 parts cubed ice (*8 oz or fill up)
*Makes 16 oz of drink.

Directions
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate and milk into cup and stir.
  • Add ice and enjoy!

Iced Mocha

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*2 oz)
3 parts low fat milk (*6 oz)
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup (or 2 p)
3 parts cubed ice (*8 oz or fill up)
Whipped cream
Drizzle of chocolate syr
*Makes 16 oz of drink.

Directions
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate, milk, and chocolate syrup into cup and stir.
  • Add ice
  • Top off with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup and enjoy!

HOT DRINKS

Vietnamese Latte (Ca Phe Sua Nong)

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*4 oz)
2 parts hot water or low fat milk (*8 oz)
*Makes 12 oz of drink.

Directions
  • Boil water (can substitute water for milk heated to 140-160oF)
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate into serving cup.
  • Add hot water, stir, and enjoy!

Cappuccino

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*2.5 oz)
3 parts low fat milk (*7.5 oz)
Additional milk to make froth
*Makes 10 oz of drink.

Directions
Milk Froth
  • Fill Nespresso Aeroccino with milk to the lower fill line.
  • Press button to begin milk frothing proce
  • Once machine has stopped, pour milk an aside.
Cappuccino
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate and meas
  • Transfer the mixture into a kettle or pot microwave for approximately 30sec to 1 For better taste, heat with kettle or pot and do not overheat.
  • Carefully pour mixture into serving cup.
  • Top off with milk froth and enjoy!

Latte

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*3 oz)
3 parts low fat milk (*9 oz)
*Makes 12 oz of drink. 

Directions
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate and milk into a cup and stir.
  • Transfer the mixture into a kettle or pot and heat to 150oF or microwave for approximately 30sec to 1min on high or until 150oF. For better taste, heat with kettle or pot and do not overheat
  • Carefully pour into serving cup and enjoy!

Mocha

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*2.5 oz)
3 parts low fat milk (*7.5 oz)
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup (or 2 pumps)
Whipped cream
Drizzle of chocolate syrup on top
*Makes 12 oz of drink. 

Directions
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate and measured milk into a cup and stir
  • Transfer the mixture into a kettle or pot and heat to 150oF or microwave for approximately 30sec to 1min on high or until 150oF. For better taste, heat with kettle or pot.
  • Pour coffee mixture into serving cup.
  • Add chocolate and stir with spoon.
  • Top off with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup and enjoy!

Coffee Cream & Sugar

Ingredients

1 part Lee*s Coffee Concentrate (*3 oz)
3 parts hot water (*9 oz)
*Makes 12 oz of drink.

Directions
  • Boil water.
  • Pour Lee*s Coffee Concentrate into serving cup.
  • Add hot water, stir, and enjoy!
